Session: Polish-Israeli relations are in crisis, antisemitism is growing again, and the restitution of private Jewish property has become practically impossible. These developments should be seen through the prism of an official revisionist take on recent Polish history.


Bio: Journalist and Jewish public intellectual in Warsaw. Underground activist in the 80s, he was instrumental in the rebirth of Jewish life and institutions. Co-founder of the unofficial Jewish Flying University, founder and first editor of the monthly “Midrasz”. Author of a dozen books, i.a. on Israeli history, Torah, and comparative genocide.
